·   Failure to show proof of relevant job specific educational qualification
·   Failure to show a pre-approval to sponsor a foreign employee
·   Failure to show original and official documents
·  Failure to present personal certified and notarized personal certificates, duly translated into Arabic and English.

Knowing the immigration laws is very important for both the employer and the employee to ensure a safe stay in UAE. There are some laws that we don’t consider a crime, but we could be punished for violating them.
